Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. For complete bicycles, please allow an additional 24-48 hours for our certified mechanics to perform a safety inspection and pre-assembly before dispatch.
What is your return policy for apparel and parts?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Please ensure that tags are attached to apparel and that bike parts have not been mounted or greased.
Do you offer professional assembly for shipped bikes?
Yes, all bikes are 90% assembled before shipping. You will only need to install the handlebars, front wheel, and pedals. Detailed instructions and basic tools are included in the box.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and financing options through Klarna for larger purchases.
How do I track my order status?
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery in real-time.
Are the products covered by a warranty?
All products sold on Probikeshop are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty. This typically covers defects in materials and workmanship but does not include normal wear and tear or crash damage.
